Your menu, everywhere at once.
One menu becomes your website, the QR menu on every table, the TV boards and the printed card, in 30 languages. Guests order and pay from their phones.
Edit once. Your website, QR codes, TVs and print follow.
No more five different menus that never match. Change a price or mark a dish sold out, and every guest, screen and table sees it in seconds.
Guests scan the code on the table, read the menu in their language, filter allergens and order.
…and every output updates by itself.
Four ways to serve. Try each one with your phone.
Every venue works differently, so you choose per QR code. These are real demo venues: scan a code, order something and watch it arrive on the staff screens.
A QR code on every table
Each table has its own code. Guests order, the kitchen sees the table number, everything goes on one open bill. Pay now or at the end, split as you like.
Try it live: Trattoria Sole · Table 12 ↗Guests choose where they sit
One code at the entrance. Guests pick their table on the floor plan, order, and staff bring everything to them.
Try it live: The Copper Fox ↗Pay first, then sit anywhere
Perfect for cafés and busy lunch spots: order and pay at the door, then tell us your table. No unpaid tables.
Try it live: Kaffeehaus Morgen ↗Counter with order numbers
Guests order from their phone or at the till, get a number and watch it on the TV. Great for takeaways and food trucks.
Try it live: Burger Lab ↗Staff screens of the demo: open menuseum.com/staff on a tablet and press a demo venue. Demo orders are never charged.
All you need to run the front of house.

Questions owners ask
What is Menuseum?
Menuseum is a platform for restaurants, cafés and bars. You enter your menu once and get a website with your own domain, a QR menu for every table, TV menu boards, printable menus and staff screens for the kitchen, bar and waiters. Guests can book a table, order and pay from their phone.
How much does it cost?
The QR menu is free forever. Everything else costs $9 a month per location (or $79 a year): website and domain, ordering, delivery, pay at the table, bookings with deposits, gift vouchers, unlimited TV screens, staff screens and printers. We take 0% commission on orders and payments.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Guests use their own phones. Staff screens run on any tablet or phone with a browser, and any smart TV, Fire TV stick or Chromecast can show your menu board. You only print the QR codes.
How do guests pay, and when do I get the money?
Guests pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or local methods through Stripe (what Stripe offers in your country), straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Menuseum never holds your money and adds no fee on top of Stripe's.
Can I stop no-shows?
Yes. Ask for a card guarantee or a deposit for big groups or busy evenings. With a card guarantee nothing is charged unless the guest doesn't come, and only when you press Charge. A deposit is deducted from the bill.
Does it print to my kitchen printer?
Yes. New orders print by themselves on Star (CloudPRNT) and Epson network printers, or on any printer connected to a computer that keeps the print station open.
Can guests read the menu in their language?
Yes. Your menu is translated into up to 30 languages automatically, and you can correct any translation. Guests see the menu in their phone's language, with allergens and diets marked.
Can I move my menu from a PDF or a photo?
Yes. Upload a PDF or take photos of your printed menu. Menuseum reads the dishes and prices for you to check, so you don't type everything again.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay yearly and save 27%. Your QR menu stays online for free if you stop paying.
